What’s Next For Virat Kohli And Rohit Sharma? India Comeback Schedule Revealed

Indian cricket stars Virat Kohli and Rohit Sharma have announced their retirement from Test cricket. They had already stopped playing T20 Internationals after winning the World Cup last year. Now, they will only be playing One Day Internationals (ODIs). Since not many ODIs are played these days, they won’t be seen playing for India as often.

End of an Era: Limited Appearances for Virat Kohli and Rohit Sharma

With the T20 World Cup coming up in 2026, most teams are focusing more on the shortest format of the game. ODIs have become less common, with only a few three-match series being played. Still, India is set to play six ODIs this year, and that’s when Kohli and Rohit are expected to return to international cricket.

The first two games will be played in Dhaka at the Shere Bangla National Stadium, and the final match will be held on August 23 in Chattogram at the Bir Sreshtho Flight Lieutenant Matiur Rahman Stadium. All matches will start at 9:30 AM IST.
