While going forward, we need to take some risk: Rohit Sharma

Indian cricket team will be playing against West Indies in the second T20I at Warner Park on Monday, 1st August. Rohit Sharma welcomed the media’s questions ahead of this game. Rohit Sharma feels India need to take some risk for going forward or winning major things in cricket.

Indian skipper Rohit Sharma thinks some failures are common and if they take risk, they will get more good results and will become a better team.

“As a team, we are okay with certain failures, in each game we want to achieve few things to go forward and get better as a team, while doing that we need to take some risk,” said skipper Rohit Sharma ahead of the second T20I against West Indies as reported by Crictraker.

Rohit Sharma’s blues are already leading the 5-match T20I series against West Indies as they defeated the host by 68 runs in the first game which was played on 29 July, Friday. The host were destroyed by Indian bowlers in the first T20I. Rohit Sharma has won the 12 out of 13 T20I games since he has been made the captain of the Indian team.
