The World Tennis League (WTL) is all set to make its highly anticipated India debut from December 17 to 20, 2025. This is the fourth edition of the mixed-gender team competition that will be staged at the historic SM Krishna Tennis Stadium in Bengaluru.

After captivating audiences in the UAE for its first three seasons, the India edition of the World Tennis League promises to combine world-class tennis with entertainment, team strategy and an atmosphere unlike any other event on the tennis calendar.

World Tennis League 2025: Top International Stars

The tournament will feature the following global tennis stars: 

  • Daniil Medvedev – Former World No. 1 and US Open champion
  • Elena Rybakina – World No. 5 and 2022 Wimbledon winner
  • Nick Kyrgios – One of tennis’ most exciting and unpredictable talents
  • Paula Badosa – Former World No. 2
  • Gael Monfils – Fan favourite known for his athleticism and flair
  • Arthur Fils, Magda Linette, and Marta Kostyuk round out a powerful international roster

Their participation marks a major moment for Indian tennis fans, who will see top-tier global competition return to the country after several years.

Rybakina, set to play in India for the first time, expressed her enthusiasm:

World Tennis League 2025: Format

The WTL stands apart from traditional tournaments. It features four mixed-gender teams who will play in a round-robin format. The fixtures will consist of Men’s singles, Women’s singles and two doubles events.
At the end of the league stage, the top two teams will advance to the final, ensuring sustained excitement across the four-day spectacle.

The structure encourages fast play, team chemistry, and high-pressure moments- elements that have made the WTL a fan favourite since its inception in 2022.
