Jeanne Lehair (Luxembourg)

The 2023 European champion has shot to five spots in the rankings to 2nd place following her victory in Yokohama two weeks ago (17 May). That win was the first Championship podium of her career, so it will be interesting to see whether Lehair can carry her momentum into Alghero.

Matthew Hauser (Australia)

The Australian leads the men’s standings with two top-two finishes to kick off the 2025 campaign. Hauser demonstrated his running power in Yokohama to tremendous effect, picking off his challengers one by one to seal the win.

Léo Bergère (France)

The 2022 world champion and Paris 2024 bronze medallist made his first WTCS appearance of the season in Japan two weeks ago, placing 4th. He headlines a strong French line-up which also includes Dorian Coninx, Pierre Le Corre, Yanis Seguin and Tom Richard.
