The two accumulated 85 runs for the second wicket as Mooney added 44 runs from 35 balls, with six boundaries. Harleen, who was belligerent throughout, made 70 not out off 49 balls with 9 fours and a six.
Even though Mooney was removed by Meenu Mani in the 12th over, Harleen did not waver from holding the chase together with some key partnerships. She had a 39-run partnership in 25 balls with captain Ashleigh Gardner (22 runs in 13 balls), and then a 34-run partnership in a mere 14 balls with Deandra Dottin (24 runs in 10 balls).
