WTA Stuttgart Open 2025: Top Players, Prize Money Breakdown

The WTA Stuttgart Open 2025 is underway adding more colours to the women’s tennis season. Actions are being staged at the Porsche Arena in Stuttgart.

It is the oldest professional indoor women’s competition in all of Europe. It is a WTA-500 event which is played on indoor clay courts, is held annually in the month of April, and serves as a buildup to the Roland Garros Championships in May.

The 2025 tournament will be the 47th edition of the tournament. There are 28 players in the singles competition, and 16 pairs in the women’s doubles category in Stuttgart.

Elena Rybakina is the defending champion in the singles event.  Meanwhile, Chan Hao-Ching and Veronika Kudermetova are the reigning winners in women’s doubles. Martina Navratilova holds the record for most trophies in Stuttgart – she has six titles here.
