WTT Star Contender 2025 is set to kick off on 25 March 2025 and will conclude on 30 March 2025. This five-day event will feature five categories, men’s singles, men’s doubles, women’s singles, women’s doubles, and mixed doubles. It will be held in the Jawaharlal Nehru Indoor Stadium in Chennai, India.
The tournament will be held in Chennai for the first time, after being held in Goa for two years. The Deputy Chief Minister of Tamil Nadu, Udhayanidhi Stalin shared, “Hosting the WTT Star Contender in Chennai is a proud moment for TN and reaffirms our dedication to positioning the state as India’s premier sports destination.”
“This event not only showcases our world-class infrastructure but also inspires our youth to embrace sports as a way of life. We welcome players from around the globe and are committed to making this event a grand success,” he added
