Rafael Nadal is known as the King of Clay, and he displayed his best game at the 2005 Monte Carlo Masters. He performed brilliantly in the first three rounds and defeated fourth seed Gastón Gaudio 6–3, 6–0.
In the semi-finals, Nadal faced Richard Gasquet, who had made it to the last four as a qualifier by defeating Roger Federer. In the final, Nadal won the title by defeating Guillermo Coria 6–3, 6–1, 0–6, 7–5.
1. Michael Chang (1990 Canadian Open) – 18 years, 157 days

Michael Chang, who is also the youngest male tennis player to win a Grand Slam, tops this list. He showcased his talent and won his first ATP 1000 title at the 1990 Canadian Open. During this time he defeated legends like Pete Sampras, Andre Agassi and David Wheaton.
Except for the second round, where he faced qualifier Broderick Dyke, he defeated seeded players in all the other matches. It was interesting that all his opponents except Dyke were American players. Although Chang could not win any other Grand Slam title after 1989 Roland Garros, he won six more ATP 1000 titles in his career.
