Yusuf Pathan is a former Indian cricketer who was a right-handed batsman, and a right-arm off break bowler. After his incredible performance at the Deodhar Trophy and the Inter-state domestic T20 he was chosen as one of the team players during the inaugural Twenty20 World Championship, which took place in South Africa in September 2007. Moreover, his younger brother, Irfan Pathan has also played for the Indian Cricket team.
According to reports, he was selected to play the 2009 ICC World T20 Championships in England. However, in the second of India’s Super 8 matches, he managed to score an unbeaten 33 from 17 balls against England.
