Indian cricket team is up against Zimbabwe in the second ODI on Saturday, 20th August. KL Rahul has won the toss again and decided to bowl first against Zimbabwe. The Indian team is one of the great ODIs side and they are proving it by clean sweeping West Indies and winning the series against England.
India are currently playing a three-match ODI series against Zimbabwe. India is leading the series by 1-0 after they won the first match emphatically. Deepak Chahar was named player of the match in the first ODI. Despite being named the best performer, he missed the second ODI against Zimbabwe.
Indian captain KL Rahul didn’t reveal the reasons why Deepak Chahar missed out in the second ODI. Indian pace bowler Shardul Thakur replaced Deepak Chahar in the playing XI. Fans didn’t expect this changes in the team in the second ODI against Zimbabwe. The reason of Deepak Chahar’s absence is still unknown but it is expected that BCCI will update the fans in the coming hours.
