The top division in North America is used to weather-related postponements today, usually because of snow and icy conditions, but in November 2012, they had to reschedule a playoff game.

Major League Soccer officials chose to reschedule the Eastern Conference match between the New York Red Bulls and D.C. United for Thursday night after the game was originally postponed on Wednesday due to snow and wind.
