On Wednesday’s, 28th April, match between Sunrisers Hyderabad and the Chennai Super Kings at Firoz Shah Kotla, the Sunrisers won the toss and chose to bat first.
After Dhoni dropping the first catch to dismiss SRH batsmen, Sam Curran got into the attack with a short ball in the middle to Johnny Bairstow. Jhonny looked to pull it away but failed to get the middle of the bat to the ball, forcing it to the air as Deepak Chahar ran from deep square leg to take the catch.
Bairstow’s dismissal is a huge blow to Sunrisers batting order as he is one of the key batsmen, it is now up to other batsmen to make sure they don’t go down the same way and post a good score on the board.
