Pant and Rahul, captains of the Delhi Capitals (DC) and Lucknow Super Giants (LSG), also didn’t secure playoff spots for their teams.

Other players, such as Nitish Rana and Ajinkya Rahane, have set their base prices at ₹1.5 crore, while Jitesh Sharma, Rahul Chahar, and Mayank Agarwal have listed ₹1 crore as their reserve price.

Team Purses for the Auction

All 10 franchises have a budget of ₹120 crore each for the auction. Punjab Kings (PBKS) have the largest purse, ₹110.5 crore, as they retained only two players.

The IPL 2025 mega auction promises exciting player selections and team strategies as franchises aim to build their squads for the upcoming season.
