How to Reach the Isle of Giants
If you have never been to the Isle of Giants, follow these simple steps:

Travel to Pandaria

- Use a Mage Portal if available.
- Go to Stormwind (Alliance) or Orgrimmar (Horde) and take the Pandaria portal in the Portal Room.

Fly to Kun-Lai Summit

- You can take a flight path to Zouchin Village.
- If you prefer, fly manually from The Jade Forest to Kun-Lai Summit.

Head North to the Isle of Giants

- Fly from Zouchin Village toward the north.
- The island will appear in the distance.
Important: You cannot fly on the Isle of Giants. You will be dismounted when you get too close. If you have a water-walking mount (like the Anglers’ Water Strider) or a fishing raft, you can move across the water easily.
Once on the island, grab the flight path. This makes it easier to return later.
Best Mounts to Farm on the Isle of Giants
The main reason players visit the Isle of Giants is to farm dinosaur-themed mounts. Here are the best ones you can get:
1. Bone-White Primal Raptor
- To get this mount, you need 9,999 Giant Dinosaur Bones.
- Collect bones by defeating dinosaurs on the island.
- Trade them with Ku’ma (coordinates: 32.6, 54.6) to get your mount.
2. Primal Raptors (Black, Green, or Red)
- These mounts come from a Primal Egg, which drops from certain dinosaurs.
- The egg takes 3 real-world days to hatch.
- You will randomly receive one of these mounts when it hatches.
Dinosaurs that drop the Primal Egg:
- Primal Devilsaur – 5% chance
- Primal Direhorn – 2-3% chance
- Pterrorwing Skyscreamer – 1.4% chance
- Young Primal Devilsaur – 1% chance
- Primal Direhorn Hatchling – 0.5% chance
3. Cobalt Primordial Direhorn (Oondasta Drop)
- Oondasta is a world boss on the Isle of Giants.
- This boss can drop the Reins of the Cobalt Primordial Direhorn.
- The drop rate is low, so expect to farm this boss multiple times.
