The BWF Bangladesh International Challenge 2025 is currently being held in the capital city of Dhaka, Bangladesh. The five-day international badminton tournament features a total of 233 players from 17 nations.
The event is being stages at the Shaheed Tajuddin Ahmed Indoor Stadium in Dhaka which will culminate on December 20, 2025.
Bangladesh International Challenge 2025 is part of the BWF Continental Circuit where shuttlers are competing across five categories: men’s singles, women’s singles, men’s doubles, women’s doubles and mixed doubles.
In the men’s singles category, Vietnam’s Le Duc Phat and India’s S. Gupta are among the notable contenders. The women’s singles event features top players such as Ishika Jaiswal of the United States and Eng Lar King of Malaysia.
In men’s doubles, Bangladesh’s Al-Amin Jumar and Moajzzem Hossain Ohidul are the top seeds, while fellow Bangladeshi pair Rahatun Naeem and Mizanur Rahman are also fightinh .
In the women’s doubles, Thailand’s Aimwary Srisakul and Sarisa Janpeng are the top seeds, while Malaysia’s Jan Min Ee and Tan Jing Hui are also among the leading pairs. The mixed doubles category has Bangladesh’s Al Amin Jumar and Urmi Akter competing as the top seeds, with Malaysia’s Datu Asrah and Clarissa San also expected to challenge for the title.
