Liverpool forward Sadio Mane is close to joining the Bundesliga club Bayern Munich. Sky Sports reported on Friday, 17th June that Sadio Mane is on the verge of sealing a move to Bayern Munich from the Premier League side Liverpool FC.
Sadio Mane decided a month ago that he wants to leave the Premier League side (Liverpool FC) and was waiting for the UEFA Champions League to end. After Liverpool got defeated by Spanish giants Real Madrid in the finals of the Champions League, Sadio Mane made it clear that he doesn’t want to continue in the club and will look to other clubs’ offers this summer.
Bayern Munich was interested in the winger and wanted to sign him this summer. After getting the first two bids rejected, Liverpool is ready to accept the new bid from the German giants (Bayern Munich) as reported by Italian journalist Fabrizio Romano.
Fabrizio Romano reported on Friday, 17th June that after Liverpool completed Darwin Nunez deal, the club will accept the new bid from Bayern Munich for their forward Sadio Mane. There were also some other clubs interested in Mane but the player also wanted to move to the Bundesliga club.
