South African cricket team defeated England in the third T20I by a huge margin of 90 runs. The game between South Africa and England was played in Rose Bowl Cricket Ground on Sunday, 31st July. With this victory, South Africa sealed the series against England and it was a sensational series win for them.
After the ODI series between these teams were drawn due to rain, T20Is was full of thriller. In the first T20I, England defeated South Africa by 41 runs and led the series by 1-0. South Africa’s comeback was amazing in the second and third game to lift the series trophy.
There were so many good performers for South Africa in this third T20I against England. South African batters namely Reeza Hendricks and Aiden Markram played very well and both of these batters recorded half-centuries in this game. Their wondering innings helped South Africa post a target of 192 runs. In answer to that, England could only score 101 runs and was brutally defeated by the African bowlers.
England bowled out on 101 thanks to South African spin bowler Tabraiz Shamsi who took a fifer in this game which helped South Africa sealed the victory and series.
