West Bromwich Albion Goalkeeper Sam Johnstone became the first Premier League goalkeeper to assist a goal. He did this in a match against Chelsea which is currently sitting at 2-1 in favor of West Bromwich.

The star Goal keeper, was sold to Bromwich side by Manchester United, achieved this feat when he assisted Matheus Pereira goal in the extra time before the half time.
