The very popular video game, Apex Legends is said to be introducing their fans with a new battle royale map (termed by fans as “Divided Moon”). The arrival of this map was showcased on the recent episode of Season 16. According to reports, the map has been introduced for the first time in the month of February 2022. But, at that point of time it was on the verge of development.
Upon the arrival of Storm Point in Season 11, each and every player appeared to be curious regarding the further step of this legendary game. The game’s setup is said to be comprising of various amazing and interesting locations. And, amongst those there are numerous map locations, which can be opted.
Moreover, there have been information regarding a space on a moon-like planet, where players will be battling in the coming season. As posted earlier on February, the image consisted of a brand-new map, set up in space in the middle of what appears to be an ‘asteroid belt’. The old image showcased that the location is still in the early stages of development, also the skybox was incredibly impressive compared to any of the other maps in the current rotation.
Later on, the month of March, a video of the ‘Divided Moon’ map has been circulated. The video managed to provide the community a closer look at specific POIs. As considered by fans the “Divided Moon” belongs to Boreas, which was last seen getting shattered. A comet in Seer’s Stories from the Outlands, ‘Metamorphosis’, was held responsible for the broken texture of the moon. The moon does indeed belong to Boreas.”
However, it was also revealed by various Reddit users post watching the video that the map can be traced on Typhoon. But there is no specific evidence or information about this, this has just been a speculation by the users.
