Mikel Arteta said  Pierre-Emerick Aubameyang is totally fine after the striker contracted malaria and put in a couple of days in the clinic.

Aubameyang missed the Gunners’ 3-0 Premier League prevail upon Sheffield United in the end of the week, with the club accordingly affirming that the striker had been battling with ailment.

“We just talked with him. He’s at home, he’s fine, he’s totally fine right now. He had two days in emergency clinic to get the correct treatment however he’s fine right now” Arsenal’s true site cited Arteta as saying in front of the conflict against Slavia Prague.

“We’ll see how he recovers. I think he’ll need a few days to recover from that. He wants to be back as soon as possible, that’s what he said to me,” he added.
