Bangladesh ODI Cricket Records – Individual Batting Records for Highest Career Average

At the 1999 Cricket World Cup, they shocked the Pakistani team. Everyone anticipated that they would emerge as a formidable team in the future. Bangladesh, however, fell short of expectations. As they advanced to the 2015 Cricket World Cup quarterfinals, their cricket team gained tremendous prominence. India defeated Bangladesh in the quarterfinals. However, they were able to defeat them in the ensuing ODI series. Following that, they also defeated the ODI teams of South Africa and Pakistan.

Shakib Al Hasan
In ODIs for the Tigers, Shakib Al-Hasan has the highest batting average. The top-ranked all-rounder started playing ODIs in 2006. Shakib has amassed 6600 runs at an average of 38 in 215 ODI games. Nine hundred and 49 half-centuries have been hit by him during his ODI career.
Mushfiqur Rahim
The second person on this list is the illustrious wicketkeeper for the Bangladeshi side. 2006 saw the debut of the keeper-bat in the Bangladesh One Day shirt. In 227 ODI games, Rahim amassed 6581 runs at an average of 37.18. In ODIs, he has scored eight tonnes and 40 fifty centimetres.
Tamim Iqbal
The best opening batter ever produced by the Bangladesh squad was Tamim Iqbal. Iqbal holds the record for Bangladesh in One Day International runs. Beginning in 2007, he participated in 219 ODI games and amassed 7666 runs at an average of 36.85. Iqbal has played in ODIs and scored 14 hundred and 51 half-centuries.
Mahmudullah
The fourth person on this list is Mahmudullah Riyad. As a player for Bangladesh in an ODI, Riyad debuted in 2007. In 200 ODI games, the Bangladeshi batting all-rounder has amassed 4469 runs at an average of 34.64. He has three hundred and 25 half-centuries in ODIs.
Litton Das
For the Bangladesh cricket team, Litton Das bats as the opening batter. The right-handed keeper bat first appeared in an ODI for Bangladesh in 2015 and since then, he has played in 47 ODIs and amassed 1335 runs at an average of 30.34. In his ODI career, Das has scored three half-hundreds and four centuries.
