Barcelona Femini wins La Liga

Barcelona Femeni have won the Primera Iberdrola after Levante drew 1-1 with Espanyol.

The group hasn’t lost a solitary game so far this season, with mentor Lluis Cortes assembling a group of exceptionally gifted ladies.

This is the second consecutive league title for Barcelona Femini who earlier won it last year after Covid restrictions forced the Spanish football association to award the league to them.

Barcelona is also in the finals of the Women’s Champions League after they beat PSG in the semifinals.
They now face Chelsea in the finals.

This is going to be the second time in the history of Catalans that the women side has made it to the finals of the Champions League.

Barcelona Femini is having an exceptional season. They have won straight 26 games and scored 128 goals this season and only conceded 5 goals.
