Bhuvneshwar Kumar records the most T20I wickets for India this year

Indian cricket team pace bowler Bhuvneshwar Kumar tops the list of most number of T20I wickets in the year 2022 so far. Indian pacer is one of the greatest bowler in T20Is in 2022. Pacer Bhuvneshwar Kumar has played India’s every T20I series after IPL 2022.

Bhuvi got injured in the IPL 2022 and wasn’t in a great form before that. But the pace bowler regained his form and now at his peak again. The swing he provides in the first six overs is amazing. Recently Bhuvneshwar Kumar also recorded the most wickets as Indian in powerplay in T20I cricket. Jasprit Bumrah, Mohammad Shami, and other Indian bowlers are way behind him in taking wickets in the powerplay (T20Is).

Bhuvneshwar Kumar has taken 20 T20I wickets in 2022 so far which is most by an Indian this year. Another Indian pacer Harshal Patel is on the second position in this list with 19 wickets. But unfortunately due to injury, Harshal won’t be playing in Asia Cup 2022. Yuzvendra Chahal is on third with 15 wickets with his spin partner Ravi Bishnoi (4th) with the same amount of wickets.

Indian young pacer Avesh Khan is on the 5th position in this list with 11 wickets to his name so far.
