The player to lead the list in this regard is Chris Lynn, who has been a part of the Big Bash League since 2011. The player has, however, represented team Brisbane Heat since their BBL debut. Lynn has played 102 matches and has scored the most runs in the competition, with the most sixes and most 50+ scores. He has scored 3005 runs, including one century and 24 fifties, along with 180 sixes.
Aaron Finch is, however, considered to be the next player. As per reports, the Australian sportsperson has played nearly 87 matches till now in his BBL career and managed to score 2817 runs. Moreover, Finch has also successfully registered two centuries and 22 half-centuries, with a highest score of 111*.
Widely recognised as the veteran left-hander, Shaun Marsh has played for teams like the Melbourne Renegades and Perth Scorchers in his BBL career. Marsh has played 68 games and scored 2398 runs at an average of 39.96 and a strike rate of 128.57, along with 22 half-centuries. Also, he is said to make his debut in Big Bash League in the first season (2011-12).
The player to bag the fourth position in this regard is D’Arcy Short. He has been a part of the Big Bash tournament since 2016 and has successfully represented the team Hobart Hurricanes. Furthermore, Short has played around 72 games and is already among the top scorers in the competition. He has successfully scored 2553 runs at an average and strike rate of 39.89 and 133.66. And, Short has also hit two centuries and 20 half-centuries with a high score of 122*. The player is best known for his all-round skills in the competition
The Australian all-rounder, Glenn Maxwell is said to make his BBL debut in 2011 and has successfully played for the Melbourne Renegades and Melbourne Stars. According to reports, the cricketer has participated in approximately 100 BBL matches and registered 2673 runs to his name at an average of 33.83 and a strike rate of 150.84. The all-rounder has also scored two centuries and 18 half-centuries with a high score of 154*.
