Carabao Cup 2024-25: Fourth-Round Draw Unveiled In Full
Defending champion Liverpool will travel to Brighton and Tottenham will host Manchester City in the fourth round of the Carabao Cup 2024-25.
The draw for the fourth round of Carabao Cup 2024-25 took place at the culmination of the clash between Liverpool and West Ham at Anfield on Wednesday night. It was the last of the scheduled fixtures in the third round, which was spread over two midweeks.
Defending champion Liverpool will travel to Brighton and Tottenham will host Manchester City in the fourth round of the Carabao Cup.
Manchester United will play host to Leicester at Old Trafford and Crystal Palace travel to Aston Villa in the two other all-Premier League ties.
There are three Championship teams still involved in the competition, with Sheffield and Stoke drawn away at Brentford and Southampton respectively, while Preston will play at home against Arsenal.
AFC Wimbledon are the lowest-ranked club still in the draw, but they are yet to play their third-round tie against Newcastle after it was postponed due to flooding at Cherry Records Stadium. The encounter has been rescheduled for October 1 and will take place at Newcastle’s St James’ Park, with the winner set to welcome Chelsea in round four.
The fourth-round ties are scheduled to be played on the week commencing 28 October.
