Cristiano Ronaldo to play against Rayo Vallecano
Cristiano Ronaldo announced that he is back with the squad and will play the friendly game against Rayo Vallecano on Sunday.
Portuguese forward Cristiano Ronaldo has announced his return to the Manchester United’s first team squad and training ahead of the new season. He himself commented on an Instagram post saying, ” Sunday, the king plays.”
He commented on his mother tongue (Portuguese) and himself told that he’ll be back in the training for United. Manchester United has already begun preprations for the new season with their new boss Erik ten Hag. Manchester United will play two friendly games in two days. They will play against Atletico Madrid on Saturday, 30th July and against Rayo Vallecano on Sunday, 31st July.
Ronaldo won’t be present for the first game as he came late to the training and didn’t went in the pre-season tour with the other Manchester United’s team members. Cristiano Ronaldo is expected to leave Manchester United, but the future of the 38-year old star is still unclear. Cristiano Ronaldo will play for Manchester United untill something comes up in this transfer window for him. Erik ten Hag wants him to stay at the club this season and keeps saying that Ronaldo isn’t for sale. But his agent reportedly wants Ronaldo to leave and move to any Champions League playing side.
