The UEFA 2024 is in the later stages of the Group round. As some teams have already qualified into the next level, the Round of 16 is beginning to take shape.
24 teams are taking part in the Euro 2024 which is being held in Germany. The teams have been divided into six groups of four each. Top two teams from each group and four best third-placed teams will qualify to the Round of 16.
Let us have a look into the qualification scenarios to the knock-out stage of the Euro 2024.
Group A
Germany, Switzerland, Hungary, Scotland
Host Germany and Switzerland have qualified for the Round of 6 while Hungary and Scotland are eliminated.
Group B
Spain, Italy, Croatia, Albania
Spain and Italy have qualified for the Round of 16. While Spain remained unbeaten in the three matches they played, Italy won, lost and drew one each. Croatia and Albania have bowed out of the tournament.
Group C
England, Denmark, Slovenia, Serbia
England have qualified for the knock-out stage after Spain beat Albania. However, the Group C remains wide open as the other three teams, Denmark, Slovenia and Serbia are still in the race for the knock-out stage.

Group D
The Netherlands, France, Austria, Poland
The Netherlands are through to the Round of 16 as one of the best placed-third teams after Albania faced defeat at the hands of Spain. Albania’s loss to Spain also confirmed France qualification to the knock-out stage.
Austria will be through to the Round of 16 if they beat the Netherlands. Poland will finish fourth on the points table and therefore eliminated.
Group E
Romania, Belgium, Slovakia, Ukraine
Romania will be through to the Round of 16 after being in the top two if they avoid defeat by Slovakia. Belgium will proceed into the knock-out stage, in the top two, if they avoid a loss from Ukraine.
Slovakia will progress into the next stage , in the top two, if they defeat Romania. They will finish third if they draw.
Ukraine will advance to the knock out round, in the top two, if they beat Belgium.

Group F
Portugal, Türkiye, Czechia, Georgia
Portugal have qualified the knock-out stage as group toppers.
Türkiye will be through to the round of 16, as group runners-up, if they avoid defeat against Czechia.
Czechia will secure a spot into the next round, as group runners-up, if they beat Türkiye and Georgia do not beat Portugal.
Georgia will be through to the next round, as group runners-up, if they beat Portugal and Czechia beat Türkiye, given that Georgia finish ahead of Czechia.
