The Uruguay National Football team will encounter South Korea in their opening match in “Group H”, which will be on 24 November 2022. And the team has been placed in Group H with other competitors like Portugal, Ghana and South Korea for the FIFA World Cup 2022.

The team, often known as “La Celeste” (The Sky Blue) is said to be controlled by the Uruguayan Football Association, which is the governing body for football in Uruguay. Currently, the team is led by their head coach, Diego Alonso.
