Hardik Pandya came out to bat at no.6 and scored a lighting fast 50 in just 36 balls. The Indian team was struggling as Pandya came to bat in the 25th over. The all-rounder was so good with the bat he scored first 34 runs with a strike rate of 200. Pandya took his time then as India was already four down.

Pandya hits four 4s and three 6s in his inning. With a strike rate of 138, Pandya got his 7th half-century in the ongoing match and is yet at the crease. He can turn his score in a big inning against the visitors.

Pandya and Pant revived India, as India was down to 157-4 in 24 overs. Pant was departed on 78 by Sam Curran.
