In the 19th match of the ongoing tournament, Indian Premier League 2021, Chennai Super Kings (CSK) thrashed Royal Challengers Bangalore (RCB). CSK’s all-rounder Ravindra Jadeja shone as he hit a 37-run in the last over featuring five maximums and one boundary at Wankhede Stadium on April 25.

Chasing a massive target of 192, RCB started off pretty well as Virat Kohli and Dedutt Padikkal took their teams to the form. However, after losing Virat Kohli in the third over, the Bangalore boys lost their stand. Sam Curran did not let the RCB players dominate and one after the other, they kept losing their wickets.. The Virat Kohli led team however managed to reach 122/9, losing the contest by 69 runs.

The highlight of the match though, was the all-rounder Ravindra Jadeja with both bat and ball. He smashed an unbeaten 62 runs off 28 balls and took his side to a massive 191/4 in their 20 overs. Even with the ball, he showcased his A-game as he picked up three wickets of the opposition’s well-known players with the likes of Washington Sundar, Glenn Maxwell and RCB’s backbone AB de Villiers.

Ravindra Jadeja was quite the highlight of the encounter as he was on top of his game on the field.
