Former Team India captain Mahendra Singh Dhoni has informed his Chennai Super Kings (CSK) teammates that he are going to be the last person to board the flight back home.
Dhoni has said that he will await the primary and second Indian players to travel abroad before going home from Delhi, where the team is predicated .
An official of CSK said that “As for MS, he’s heading range in the afternoon during a charter we’ve arranged which can be a hopping flight. it’ll head from Delhi to Ranchi and from there to Hyderabad. MS was clear that he wanted to attend till everyone left and only then he would go away the bubble we created in Delhi.”
Not only CSK, Mumbai Indians and Punjab Kings also arranged charter flights for his or her players to return home, while Kolkata Knight Riders and Sunrisers Hyderabad players boarded commercial flights.
The BCCI has informed all the players to quarantine themselves for 3 days as they reach home. Reports suggest that the BCCI is trying to hunt out a window in September to conduct the remaining 31 matches.
