CSK scored a mammoth 218 for 4 in their 20 overs against Mumbai Indians. After MI won the toss and opted to bowl here at Arun Jaitley Stadium, Delhi.

Ambati Rayudu took MI to the cleaners with 72* off 27 balls (4×4, 6×7) supported by Ravindra Jadeja at the other end, 22 off 22 balls (4×2).

After losing Ruturaj Gaikwad early for 4 in the first over, Moeen Ali displayed some great clean hitting 58 of 36 (4×5, 6×5) with four fifties in the tournament so far. Faf Du Plessis taking the attack to the opposition with 50 of 28 (4×2,6×4).

Losing Du Plessis and Raina (2) in quick succession in the 12th over, CSK was in a bit of bother. Rayudu and Jadeja made up for the loss in style.

The pick of the bowlers for MI was Kieron Pollard with two wickets in one over for just 12 runs. No other MI bowlers were spared with Bumrah 56/1 in four overs and Dhawal Kulkarni 48 in his four overs proved expensive today.
