Shane Bond who is the present cricket coach of MI praised DC for its good performance but also highlighted MI as ‘”well planned” team and said that they have attacked their players in different ways and will do the same. As today is a match between DC and MI. DC which is at 3rd place on the table recently beat PBKS by 6 wickets and has made a place among the best teams of IPL. DC has stopped PBKS from winning another match and stands as an obstacle in its path. Dhawan of DC rocked the ground in his previous match against PBKS with his 92 runs which are just 8 number less than a century.
on the other side, MI is at 4th place on the table and had beat KKR and SRH in its previous matches. Bond said in a video posted on the official account of MI “They are a team that is highly talented last year they played outstanding cricket and have started the season well again particularly with the bat. I think they all were particularly close games last year. we probably played some of our best cricket against Delhi. They certainly deserved their place in the final and have started off the season strongly once again. We take a lot of confidence we know we are a team that matches strongly against them. We know the wicket is tricky but we have got experience on it. hopefully, that will hold us in good stead in what will be another good game ”
Bond also said “We are always well planned and we have attacked their players in different ways and we will do the same. In the last couple of games, the teams have got a good start against us, our spinners have done a brilliant job in the middle. Teams are scoring 20-25 runs of the last five overs which is a real credit to our bowlers. They are really clear about what they want to do.”
