It is to be noted that India is facing a catastrophic wave of COVID-19. India is recording more than 3.5 million cases and above 3 thousand deaths every day. Even IPL has come under the dark shadow of COVID-19.

There are reports that a couple of players in KKR’s squad have come in contact with COVID-19. Even Pat Cummins has to isolate himself. This has even lead to the postponement of the KKR vs RCB match that was scheduled to be held on Monday.
