Indian pacer Prasidh Krishna and veteran spinner Amit Mishra have recovered from COVID-19.

Mishra who plays for Delhi Capitals tested positive May 4th, the very day IPL 2021 was called off mid-way. While Prasidh Krishna tested positive on May 8th. Prasidh Krishna was the fourth player from Kolkata Knight Riders (KKR) to test positive after Varun Chakravarthy, Sandeep Warrier, and Tim Seifert.

Krishna was in home isolation in Bengaluru while Mishra was in the hospital for treatment.

“Prasidh Krishna has recovered from COVID-19,” a BCCI source told the Press Trust of India. Whereas Amit Mishra took to Twitter to share his update on recovery. Here is what he wrote –

Prasidh Krishna was named as a stand-by for a five-Test match series of India’s tour of England to be played in August-September.
