IPL 2021: RCB’s Ab De Villiers joins the team for his first net session
AB de Villiers now joins the squad for his first practice session ahead of the resumption of the Indian Premier League starting on 19th of September
The Indian Premier League is all set to begin from 19th September. Amidst this, all the franchises are gearing up for the tournament. Players are engaged in fun sessions as well as practicing hard before the tournament begins. It is also to be noted that Ab De Villiers of the Royal Challengers Bangalore joins the team for practice. It was his first net session. Speaking of which he shares his insights.
AB de Villiers has had a wonderful first phase of the Indian Premier League. His contribution to the team has been noteworthy. As a result, he has been an important part of the squad for crucial innings.
Ab De Villiers said,” The first net session was very good. It was difficult and the bowlers were doing very well.” He laughingly also added that the climate in UAE is very humid and hot so the players and teammates will be sweating a lot. He adds that it will be good to lose weight!
Mr 360 believes that he will have to remain fresh and fit ahead of the Indian Premier League resumption. The challengers are excited and eager to begin their campaign on 20th September against the Kolkata Knight Riders. The Royal Challengers Bangalore has been doing very well in the first phase so far.
