Sanju Samson, Rajasthan Royals captain has once again brought RR into strong position from a tough situation. Samson on Thursday scored 42 runs in just 27 balls and help RR to give a good target of 172 runs to Mumbai Indians.

There was a time in the match when RR were 66 for 1 wickets. RR really wanted someone to take responsibility and take the match forward for RR. Then came the captain Sanju Samson and he took the charge .

Samson added 25 runs for second wicket along with Yashashvi Jaiswal. He also added 57 runs for the third wicket along with Shivam Dube. He was finally dismissed for 42 runs of 27 balls.

His inning today  included  5 fours as well. His responsible inning eventually brought RR into a good position to set up a target of 172. Can RR defend this or will MI chase it down.
