Kieron Pollard has single-handedly handed a win to his team. He turned the tables twice. The first was when he bowled the twelfth over and picked up two crucial wickets of Faf du Plessis and Suresh Raina. Secondly, his marvelous batting scoring the fastest fifty of the Indian Premier League this year.

Kieron smashed every ball bowled to him disregarding its pace, spin, or length scoring 87* off 34 balls. Nothing mattered to him. His game was top notch and his strikes powerful enough to drive every ball to the boundary. Though, once fate held his tight hand when du Plessis missed his catch and in turn lost the match other than that his batting was appreciative.

Twitter appreciated his innings-

As he led Mumbai to pull off the highest run chase of the season twitter was in a frenzy.

Some Netizens even hailed him as Lord Pollard a title until now only bestowed by fans on CSK’s Ravindra Jadeja.
