The club said Mbappe had been suffering from a fever

The club said Mbappe had been suffering from a fever and newly-appointed manager Xabi Alonso, who will make his debut in the dugout in Wednesday’s match, added that a decision on his participation would be made in the morning. “Kylian was a bit better this morning but he was not fully fit so we thought it would be best for him to skip training.

Let’s see how it evolves and we’ll make a last-minute decision,” Alonso told a press conference on the eve of the clash at the Hard Rock Stadium.
