HALIFAX, NS, May 30, 2022 /CNW/ – The 2022 World Sailing Championships will feature three Olympic-class boats – the 49er open gender, the 49erFX female double handed, and the Nacra 17 mixed double handed. Over 200 teams from around the world will be competing in St. Margaret’s Bay this summer, with the main event taking place from August 31 to September 5.

Along with infrastructure improvements and economic impact, the 2022 World Sailing Championships will celebrate high-performance athletes and help inspire the next generation of sailors.
