Former Indian cricketer Wasim Jaffer has targeted former England captain Michael Vaughan. Actually, Michael Vaughan once again mentioned the team of Mumbai Indians. Vaughan mentioned the impact of the Mumbai Indians players in the fourth T20 International match played in Ahmedabad.

In the match on Thursday, there were three players in the Indian team – Suryakumar Yadav, Hardik Pandya, and Rohit Sharma – who play for Mumbai Indians.

Vaughan tweeted, ‘Just a thought- Suryakumar Yadav Mumbai Indian … Hardik Pandya Mumbai Indian … Rohit Sharma captaining, Mumbai Indian !!! @mipaltan, #JustSaying #INDvENG. ‘

Vaughan tweeted this immediately after Jason Roy was dismissed in the ninth over. Roy scored 40 runs and was caught out by Suryakumar Yadav off Hardik Pandya.

Vaughan has been consistently referring to the influence of the players of Mumbai Indians in this series. He has even said that the five-time champion Mumbai Indians is a better T20 team than the Indian team.

Jaffer replied without naming anyone after this. He wrote, ‘When you say that your team has been defeated not by a national team but by a franchise team, then, in reality, you are targeting your own team, not the opposition team.’

The Indian team scored 185 for 8 wickets with the help of Suryakumar Yadav (57), Shreyas Iyer (37), and Rishabh Pant (30). In response, the England team could score 177 runs for 8 wickets. The five-match series is now 2–2. The last match of the series will be played on Saturday.
