MS Dhoni and Dinesh Karthik, the only Players with 150 or more dismissals in the IPL
Kolkata Knight Riders recently shared a post on its official twitter account showing the list of players with 150 or more dismissals including stumps and catches in the IPL.
When we talk about the best wicketkeepers of India the first name that comes to our mind is MS Dhoni and the second name that comes is of Dinesh Karthik. Both of them have played in the Indian team for over a decade. MS Dhoni is the Indian captain who has ruled on cricket fraternity for many years.
Dinesh Karthik is also a veteran Indian Cricketer who has won matches for India Single-handedly. Although there have been numerous talks in the past that Karthik’s talent diminished in front of Dhoni’s incredible captaincy and glamour.

However, all those comparisons in international cricket are now the things of the past but they are still the two most successful wicketkeepers of IPL. Dinesh Karthik and MS Dhoni are the only 2 players in the history of IPL with 150 or more dismissals in IPL.
Notably, as a wicketkeeper, MS Dhoni has done 157 dismissals. On the other hand, Dinesh Karthik has 152 dismissals in his hands. All these dismissals include catches and stumpings.
