Collin de Grandhomme who is a Zimbabwean New- Zealand all-rounder cricketer had to go through an ankle surgery due to which he was not able to play in international cricket and had to stay on rest. He had not played since 2020. But now he is on the way to recovery and had to play as a specialist batsman in domestic cricket.
As his ankle injury was a big hurdle in his cricket career he decided to go through ankle surgery in order to make the shaping of his ankle better. He said after having ankle surgery, he is feeling better and normal for a change and tracking well at the moment, and should be ready to go for a ball. As New Zealand cricket team provided the first dose of covid-19. Dayle Shackle NZC medical manager said that it is a challenging time for collin and they hope this procedure will allow him to return with full function in his ankle.
