Indian cricket team won the 3-match Test series against England by 2-1. Despite the victory, the questions were raised by some experts and fans on Virat Kohli’s current batting form. Virat Kohli is not in a good form lately and some fans and experts doesn’t want to see the former Indian skipper in the team because of this. However, Indian captian Rohit Sharma came in support of Virat Kohli and feels it is normal to have few bad games. Rohit Sharma made a statement after this T20I series against England that the management supports Kohli and will keep backing him.

After the first T20I against England, players who were given rest after the Test match, were back in the squad. Virat Kohli was among those players. Former Indian cricketer Kapil Dev made a statement on Virat after he was back in the squad. The World Cup winning captain said Virat Kohli shouldn’t be picked in the playing XI by the management as he felt there some young players who are performing well than him.

But this statement from Kapil Dev made Virat Kohli’s childhood coach upset. Rajkumar Sharma (Virat Kohli’s childhood coach) said he doesn’t support Kapil Dev’s opinion of dropping Virat Kohli.

“I do not support the statements made by Kapil Dev on Virat Kohli. Nothing big happened with Virat that such kind of statement has been issued,” said Rajkumar Sharma (Virat’s childhood coach) as TOI reports.
