The Real Kabaddi League (RKL) Season 4 is set to get rolling even as organisers have announced its Selection Trials. The process will begin in April 2025 across more than ten states in India.
The objective of the league is to identify and nurture grassroots talent, providing a platform to aspiring kabaddi players to showcase their skills. This will help young talents to secure professional contracts for the Dubai International edition, according to a statement from the organisers.
The selection trials will be held in Haryana, Punjab, Himachal Pradesh, Uttar Pradesh, Delhi NCR, Rajasthan, Gujarat, Maharashtra, Karnataka, Kerala, and Andhra Pradesh. The pan India representation will help the growing kabaddi culture in India.
Players shortlisted from the trials will get the opportunity to enter the Real Kabaddi League Player & Auction draft with the opportune advantage of securing contracts worth up to 1,00,000 INR. Top players also stand a chance to gain direct qualification in the Dubai International edition.
