Indian cricketer Rinku Singh is getting married to Priya Saroj, a Member of Parliament from the Samajwadi Party. They recently got engaged and plan to marry soon, though the date has not been announced yet.
Rinku, who has a close relationship with Kolkata Knight Riders owner Shah Rukh Khan, once shared that Shah Rukh jokingly asked when he was getting married and promised to attend and dance at the wedding.

Priya Saroj is a Samajwadi Party MP from Machhali Shahar. She is the daughter of Tufani Saroj, a three-time MP and current MLA. Before starting her political career, Priya worked as a lawyer.

In 2024, Priya won her first Lok Sabha election by defeating BJP candidate BP Saroj with a margin of 35,850 votes. She became the second-youngest person to be elected to Parliament. Priya has a BA degree from the University of Delhi and an LLB from Amity University, Noida.
Rinku Singh’s Cricket Journey and Achievements
The left-handed batter will soon join the Indian squad and is expected to play in the first T20I of the series on January 22 in Kolkata. He is an important part of India’s middle order in the T20 format.
Rinku Singh was part of India’s T20 World Cup-winning squad as a traveling reserve. Although he hasn’t played frequently for the national team, he has been included in the T20I series against England, which begins on January 22.
Rinku had a modest IPL season, scoring 168 runs at an average of 18.67, although his team clinched their third title. He has played 30 T20Is for India, scoring 507 runs, and 2 ODIs, with 55 runs to his name. Known for his ability to perform under pressure, Rinku has regularly impressed with his powerful batting, especially in challenging situations.
