SiGMA Asia Summit 2025: Venues and registration
Pre-registration will take place in two locations:
- For exhibitors, registration will be hosted at the SMX Convention Centre Manila
- For delegates, registration will take place at Conrad Manila
All attendees are encouraged to generate their personalised badge in advance using the official badge generator. It allows you to share your badge on social media, making it easier for other attendees to recognise you and schedule meetings or invite you to talks.

Pre-summit highlights
Shuttle service and city navigation
To help delegates travel easily between venues, a free shuttle service will run every hour from 8:30 AM to 6:30 PM on 3rd and 4th June, covering routes between:
- Okada Manila and SMX
- Lanson Place and SMX
- City of Dreams Manila and SMX
The last shuttle from SMX to all destinations will leave at 6:20 PM. For the most convenience, we suggest booking your accommodation within these zones.

The core conference and expo take place on June 3rd and 4th, featuring back-to-back panel discussions, expert-led keynotes, and an exhibition floor buzzing with innovation across gaming, affiliate marketing, blockchain, and AI.

Retreats and social impact
As the summit ends, delegates will either head home or stay back for one of SiGMA’s special closing events. On 5th June, a selected group of affiliates will travel to Boracay for a retreat at Crimson Resort, offering a calm and relaxing break after the fast-paced summit.
At the same time, the SiGMA Foundation will open the Batiawan Community Centre in Bataan. This key project aims to support local residents with educational and social resources. Delegates on this visit will get to see the real impact of SiGMA’s charity work.
