The event featured many notable performances like Sankar Subramanian, a rising badminton star defeating World Number 2, Anders Antonsen in the Round of 16, but the standout performances remain to be of Chen Yufei and Li Shifeng, the winners of the Swiss Open in the singles category.

Chen Yufei secured the women’s singles title after defeating Højmark Kjærsfeldt which marked her first win in the 2025 season after losing the Orleans Masters in the finals to An Se-Young. This win also ended her title drought as she last won a title in 2023 at the Indonesia Open. She was also a previous champion of the Swiss Open having previously won in 2019.
