Lionel Messi

He is still going strong having scored eight goals in 11 games in 2023 so far. He has a goal-scoring ratio of 0.65 which is better than the likes of Cristiano Ronaldo and Lionel Messi.

Mokhtar Dahari

Mokhtar Dahari was a Malaysian footballer. He held the record for scoring the most international goals for almost two decades before Ali Daei broke his record. Dahari scored 89 goals in 142 games with a goal-scoring ratio of 0.63.
