Originally scheduled to take place in Rajgir, India, the second edition of the tournament was held in the Bangladesh’s capital city of Dhaka. On November 24, India solidified their global dominance by defeating Chinese Taipei 35–28 in the final. This victory reaffirmed India’s position as the powerhouse of the sport, having remained unbeaten throughout the tournament.
